Bread Making Workshop
Saturday April 11th at Oylers Organic Farms Market. 
Learn to work with fresh, whole grain flours to make a variety of fully fermented artisanal breads. Make a sourdough starter, a levain, and a sponge and work them into baguettes, free-form loaves, sweet breads, pizza dough and more. Pick up a few tricks to create a perfect crust and delectable crumb! We will also cover a simple grain and gluten-free bread alternative. A really fun, and tasty hands-on workshop.

Join me as I teach the art of fermentation. I will demonstrate how to ferment various types of foods including fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.  Participants will go home with samples of fermented foods prepared in the class.

Come enjoy a day on the Eli King family farm in Lancaster County. Jerry Brunetti will be speaking on Friday evening from 5-8 on cancer causes & cures. Activities, workshops, and great food all day Saturday, from 9-5. Free admission, donations welcome.
